🔗 How to Link Zoho Assist with Zoho Desk

Follow these steps to integrate Zoho Assist into your Zoho Desk account:


✅ Step 1: Log into Zoho Desk


✅ Step 2: Go to Zoho Marketplace

  1. In Zoho Desk, click the Settings (⚙️) icon in the top-right corner.

  2. Under Developer Space, choose MarketplaceAll Extensions.

  3. Search for Zoho Assist.


✅ Step 3: Install Zoho Assist Extension

  1. Click on the Zoho Assist for Zoho Desk extension.

  2. Hit Install and select the department(s) you want to enable it for.

  3. Authorize Zoho Assist to access your Zoho Desk account.
