TechnoFog was tasked with designing and implementing an automated email campaign system to enhance lead engagement for a client through Zoho CRM. The goal was to create separate workflows targeting warm and cold leads, leveraging third-party tools to ensure a personalized and efficient communication strategy.
The project involved creating automated email campaigns for two lead segments: warm and cold. Using Zoho CRM, Zoho Campaigns, and integration with tools smart lead. We established a system that tailors email content and sequence according to lead engagement levels. This solution automates lead nurturing, optimizes content through A/B testing, and ultimately improves the client's engagement and conversion rates.
Manual segmentation and email outreach were resource-intensive, with challenges in tracking lead behaviour and timing follow-ups. An automated solution was required to ensure leads received timely, targeted communications to maximize engagement.
